Pastor Dale has been serving at Covenant since 2012. He served for approximately 3 years as our Associate Pastor to Families and Youth. He went through a transition to his role as our Senior Pastor following the retirement of our previous Pastor who served us for 21 years. He has been serving in various ministry contexts since 1993. He has served churches in West Virginia and South Carolina.
Pastor Dale is a graduate of Fairmont State College (now Fairmont State University) with a B.S. in Sociology (Human Services Emphasis) and a Minor in Psychology. He attended seminary at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree.
Pastor Dale has been married for 24 years to his wife Jill. Jill is a Hampshire County native, graduate of Hampshire High School, and is a RN at Winchester Medical Center in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. They have four children Chloe, Caitlyn, Caleb, and Colton. They love this area and West Virginia.
